Let's forage together for delicious wild foods! Wild foods offer the highest nutrient profiles of almost any food and they're growing with the least amount of effort. In this class, we will learn to identify and gather wild edible plants, fruits & fungi (if the rains permit!).
Whether you’re a beginner or experienced forager, you’ll gain a ton of knowledge & inspiration from this class that will last a lifetime.
This class involves a short hike with frequent stops. We will cover over a dozen species in depth with consideration for how we can better steward the landscapes we harvest from. Excited to forage & learn together!
