Acorns are one of the most important and forgotten foods on our planet. Processing them can be daunting because of their tannins, but we will empower you to do it easily & efficiently!

This will be our most immersive Acorn Class to date. Let's go deep into this ancient art form! You will learn and experience: collection, drying, storage, cracking, grinding, sifting and a few different leaching techniques. We will go into traditional methods alongside modern upgrades.

Class always includes a celebration of Oaks in the form of acorn foods! It’s always a relaxing & connective experience getting people hands-on with acorn.
