  • Acorns are one of the most important and forgotten foods on our planet. Processing them can be daunting because of their tannins, but we will empower you to do it easily.

  • You will learn time tested ways of working with this delicious food and go home with your own acorn flour to finish leaching. You and your friends will be stunned by the tasty dishes you make with your gluten-free acorn flour.

  • Every class ends with a celebration of Oaks in the form of acorn foods! It’s always a relaxing & connective experience getting people hands-on with acorn.
