In this workshop, we will be turning Japanese Knotweed (Reynoutria japonica) into potent medicine using the scientific ratio method. It's the most recommended herb for treating Lyme disease and is also proven to improve brain health, heart health and is an extremely effective anti-inflammatory.

I began working with Knotweed in 2021 as a food and medicine and continue to discover more benefits and uses each year.

Even though it's one of the most invasive plants in the eastern US, it's here to stay and it's truly a powerhouse on many levels, so let's work with it.

We will be going through the entire process of making Knotweed tincture from fresh roots, start to finish, and each participant will go home with their own tincture and lots of fun info about Knotweed.
