Wild Spring Foraging (April 11th, 2026)
When: Saturday April 11th 2026 10am-1 pm
Where: Floating Leaf Farm near downtown Mars Hill (exact directions sent a few days before the event)
Learn over a dozen unique and delicious wild edibles of Spring on this 3 hour walk on a beautiful farm. We will identify and taste various roots, greens, mushrooms (if available), wild fruits and more.
Spring is one of the best times to forage as our bodies crave the nutrients these wild foods freely offer.
Our classes always end with a tasting of wild foods you won’t forget.
This class involves gentle walking and is suitable for most people. If you have questions, email healingecosystems@gmail.com. Thanks!

Weather: Class will happen even with rain, unless it’s extreme. I will do my best to keep you informed as soon as possible if changes seem likely. In the event of extreme weather, class will be rescheduled.
